工作證WORK PERMIT

僑生/外籍學生在台灣工作（不論是在校內或校外），依就業服務法第68條規定，必須先申請並取得工作許可證。若未依規定申請並取得工作許可證，受僱為他人工作，將被處以新台幣3萬元以上，15萬元以下之罰金，並可能喪失居留資格，需立即出境。另依就業服務法第63條規定：雇主聘僱未經合法申請工作許可之外國人，處新台幣15萬元以上75萬元以下罰鍰。

According to the Employment Services Act (Item 68), international students who wish to work in Taiwan (either on campus or off campus) are required to apply for and obtain a work permit before starting work. Foreigners who work without a work permit will be fined from NT$30,000 to NT$150,000 and may lose their residence eligibility and be deported. Under Item 63 of the Act, the employer of a foreigner without a work permit will be fined from NT$150,000 to NT$750,000.
